鎌倉サステナビリティ研究所（KSI.）は、金融、政策、気候インテリジェンスを結びつけることにより気候変動への対応に資する投資の加速に取り組むグローバルな非営利団体であるArcと、日本企業の気候トランジションに関する調査研究を推進するため、新たなパートナーシップを開始することを発表します。KSI.が有する日本のサステナビリティ分野に関する専門知識と、Arcの国際的な知見・経験を組み合わせることで、企業、金融機関、政策当局の意思決定を支えるエビデンスの充実を目指します。
KSI.はArcにとって日本初のパートナーとなり、長期的な調査研究および知見共有に向けた基盤を構築します。

Arc and Kamakura Sustainability Institute Launch Partnership to Advance Corporate Climate Transition Research in Japan
Kamakura, Japan / London, UK – [25 Aug 2026]
Arc, a global non-profit organisation working to connect climate intelligence, finance, and policy to accelerate climate-aligned investment, and Kamakura Sustainability Institute (KSI.), a Japanese non-profit think tank, are pleased to announce a new partnership to advance research on corporate climate transition in Japan. By combining KSI’s expertise in the Japanese sustainability landscape with Arc’s international experience, the partnership aims to strengthen the evidence available to support corporate, financial and policy decision-making.
As part of this collaboration, KSI. has become Arc’s first partner in Japan, establishing a foundation for long-term research and knowledge exchange.
The partnership will support collaborative research and analysis aimed at accelerating industry decarbonisation and creating related business opportunities in Japan, with a particular focus on promoting credible corporate transition plans and sustainable finance market developments. By combining international perspectives with in-depth knowledge of the Japanese market, the collaboration seeks to contribute to better-informed decision-making by investors, financial institutions, and policymakers.
